Me Me Me!!!

Went to Dr's today I weigh 219 and have lost a total of 66 pounds in 3 months. I have lost 42% of my body fat. I hope to be at least 190 by Christmas.
School starts on Wed. can't wait girls are driving me insane. We are coming home from camp on Sun. or Mon.
P.S. I miss ya and love ya Lollie:)

Famous words Moldy Cow!!

My moldy cow is I have lost 60 pounds in 2 1/2 months. I eat good, sleep better and have alot of energy. Now if I would just start using the energy. LOL. We will be coming home soon from camp. I think everything I own is out there. School time is here too can't wait for things to get back to normal.
In other news I miss ya Laura, glad to hear things are going good. I got the post card, loved it. Tell the fam I said hey. Tell me what ya think about the pics. Top 285lbs bottom 228lbs. I now weigh 225lbs.
